Taran in Adventureland
was released years ago (1990 by Oase Software)
on the AmigaOS1.3 and the PC and delighted many children and adults.
Now, finally, other users can enjoy the adventures of Taran on their
screens.
The implementation with Hollywood naturally brought with it many
new features.
All items or objects can now interact with each
other by simply clicking the mouse.
The Amiga version still had a parser,
which meant that the user had to type in all
actions by hand.
What is it about?
The adventure begins in front of a castle in a kingdom. In this kingdom,
however,
the king no longer rules, but dark forces have
seized power.
Many of the king's followers and knights have already lost their lives
trying to regain possession of the kingdom's
symbols of power. This is where our hero Taran comes
into play. Fame, wealth and a beautiful princess are the reward if
Taran succeeds in
freeing the kingdom from the clutches of the dark power.
