JUNIOR CHESS
Welcome to our chess game for beginners. Play with two players,
against the computer or let the computer play alone. The interface is
self-explanatory,
buttons have help text to assist you. The moves are
documented in a list.
If you click on an entry, the playing field is set to this position!
You can use it to undo and improve your moves.

The Software has no restrictions.
So how do I play? Chess is the game
of kings. If you want to get to grips with this
board game, further literature is an advantage. This software is only
intended to
provide an introduction to this world-famous thinking game.
The aim of the game is to CHECK-MATE the opposing party's king.
Now what does that mean? The king is surrounded by one or more pieces
and cannot
move to any square where he could not also be beaten.
Sounds simple - but it is definitely not!
All pieces can move around the board according to certain guidelines.
The software will immediately notify you if you attempt an illegal move.
The mouse cursor always shows you which squares are possible!
During the course of the game, some pieces disappear when they are
captured.
There are no points and no evaluation for this!
